Refund Policy

For individual tile sales, we offer a full 30-day refund if you are not satisfied for any reason.  Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges unless your product arrived damaged and you are requesting a replacement.  If the item is damaged, we will replace it free of charge within the 30-day period, which begins on the date of delivery.  After the 30-day period, damaged replacements are charged at the original tile-purchase price.

For all wall murals, we will gladly accept your return for a refund for any reason, however there is a restocking fee of $20 - $205 depending on the size of your mural (visit our restocking fees page for exact restock fee based on mural size).  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  We also guarantee all tiles against damage or breakage for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery and will replace them free of charge during the warranty period. Beyond 30 days, there is a $9.95 replacement fee for each tile within the mural (plus shipping where applicable). Please contact us if you would like to return your order or order replacement tiles if you purchased a mural and we will provide you with instructions on how to  do so.  Be sure to include your original order number when you contact us.
